How can I get information about upcoming shows?
You can register for our fortnightly newsletter that keeps you up to date with The Arts Centre’s shows, special offers and priority offers that may be available from time to time.
Our website provides information of shows on sale and allows you to book many performances online. Simply use the event search tool on the homepage in order to search for events on sale.
Why can’t I change my date/time/performance?
It is a condition of sale that there are no cancellations, exchanges or refunds once a purchase has been made.
What is the seating layout of The Arts Theatre?
Can I choose my seat?
When purchasing online for most events you will be offered the next best seating available, which you do not have to accept if it does not suit you. To choose specific seating you can call one of our Customer Services Representatives on 07 5588 4000 between 9am and 9pm Monday to Saturday or 11am – 7pm on Sunday and they can give you a few different seating options depending on availability.
I’ve lost my tickets, what do I do?
Call one of our friendly Box Office staff on (07) 5588 4000 with your booking reference number and explain what has happened. They will arrange for a Lost Ticket Pass (replacement tickets) to be issued to you on the day of the performance only, which can be collected from the Box Office.
I've got a Complimentary Cinema Pass, when is it valid?
The Arts Centre Gold Coast Complimentary Passes are valid for all movies at all times except those stating: No Free Tickets, No Free List. This term is at the Distributors discretion.
